I have practiced massage therapy and energy healing for sixteen years. I have always been drawn to the quiet modalities that invite the body to relax, rebalance and begin to heal itself. I enjoy working with clients to create therapeutic sessions tailored to their healing path. Integrated sessions are a blend of craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage, acupressure and Reiki. A full session of any one of these modalities is always available too. I am grateful to do this work and honored to walk in partnership with my clients on their healing journeys.
Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
