Cheryl is a graduate with honors from Makami College, she is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through ACOLS (Vodder training) and is registered with the Alberta Lymphedema Association. She also has a degree from the University of Waterloo in Psychology. Cheryl has trained with the Chikly Health Institute in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) levels 1 & 2. Lymphatic drainage is a gentle hands on manual treatment that stimulates the movement of lymph fluid, it can help with pre/post surgery edema (swelling), boost the immune system and much more. Cheryl can also treat TMJ (jaw issues), deep tissue, cupping and relaxation. For fun Cheryl enjoys hiking, weight lifting, walking her dog and spending time with family and friends.
