Hasti is a Physiotherapist Resident who is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care and strives to help individuals restore movement, reduce pain and improve their overall quality of life. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports physiotherapy. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, using a comprehensive approach that combines thorough assessment, patient education, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy to develop individualized treatment plans that support optimal recovery and long-term function. Hasti values building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys sketching, reading and travelling.
