Dr Lauren Baistrocchi

Dr. Lauren is a chiropractor with a passion for helping people of all ages feel confident and capable in their bodies. After graduating from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, she developed a strong interest in family care and women’s health. Her approach to chiropractic care is patient-centred and evidence-informed, with the goal of understanding not only where someone is experiencing pain, but also how it is affecting their everyday life. Dr. Lauren believes that chiropractic care should be personalized to each individual. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their goals, and create a treatment plan that fits their lifestyle. Her care may include manual adjustments, mobilizations, soft-tissue therapy, education, exercise, shockwave, laser, and acupuncture. Whether you're dealing with a new injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply looking to move and feel your best, she is passionate about helping you get back to the activities that matter most to you. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, travelling and exploring new walking trails.
