Arun Haridas is a dedicated, internationally educated Physiotherapist with 17 years of experience, including 10 years abroad and 7 years practicing in Canada. He is passionate about enhancing functional well-being and helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life, striving to make a meaningful difference in every patient’s recovery journey. Arun is committed to ongoing professional growth and regularly updates his knowledge and skills. He is a certified Functional Dry Needling practitioner, vestibular therapist, and is also certified in TMJ assessment and treatment. Outside of work, Arun is a proud husband and father of two boys. He enjoys painting, a creative outlet that helps him relax, as well as playing cricket and tennis recreationally, and maintaining an active lifestyle through regular workouts.
This is the first appointment all patients should book when they have a complex presentation of one issue or desire an extended assessment with the therapist. If patient has multiple issues the patient should book a 60 minutes assessment.
