Hello there! I am Caitlyn, owner and massage therapist for Grace-full Hands Massage. I chose massage therapy as my way to care for the people around me. It brings me great joy to help others, and massage is one way I have found that gives me a greater sense of purpose. Giving people a space to be comfortable, where they are able to relax and let go of the worries and stresses in their lives, is my goal.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
