Gwen is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. She focuses on enabling pain-free movement for life by addressing postural imbalances through coaching self-myofascial massage techniques, stretching, strengthening exercises, and massage therapy. Gwen is licensed by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists (OR LMT #27581), holds the American Council of Exercise Certification in Personal Training; the Gray Institute Certifications in Applied Functional Science and Foundations of Movement; The Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification; the ACE Functional Training Specialist Certification; and a Masters in Education in Counseling Psychology.
Initial Session at the FIT Studio is designed to fully understand your massage therapy goals, where you are now, and how we can work together to meet your goals. We will go over your intake form, answer questions about my services, perform low intensity assessments, and develop and implement a plan for goal achievement. (Prerequisite: Initial Therapeutic Massage Session)
