Brittany graduated in 2018 from the 3000-hour massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. She began her career at Langley Sports Medicine Clinic, and recently moved to Abbotsford where she works full time. Additionally, in 2023 she has opened Auguston Massage from a private suite in her home. Having experienced many injuries playing competitive sports growing up and seeing the benefits of physical therapies on the healing process. She believes massage therapy, alongside other physical therapies, is an important part of maintaining a healthy body. Life can get busy and it’s important to take a moment to relax and slow down. Brittany enjoys working with a variety of conditions including, but not limited to; managing stress, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, sports injuries, and postural dysfunction. Her techniques include myofascial release, and trigger point release with a holistic approach. She believes in the importance of educating her patients and providing tools they can take away to reach their goals. Brittany understands the importance of mind-body integration and believes in regular maintenance for optimal well-being.
