Henry is a graduate of the RMT program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With an upbringing in high performance sport, Henry developed a passion for living actively and moving freely. This passion guides his principles when he provides client-centered care through understanding and collaboration. Henry has treated a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic sport injuries, chronic pain, headaches, postural imbalances, systemic and neurological conditions. He uses several modalities in treatment, including trigger point release, myofascial release, Swedish massage, PNF stretching, and joint mobilizations. In his free time Henry likes staying active playing pickleball or basketball and hiking. He gives back to his community by coaching entry-level and high performance diving. Treatment Philosophy With a background as both a high-level athlete and coach, Henry brings a patient-centered, goal-focused approach to care. He believes in treating the whole person, not just the injury, and draws on nearly 20 years in sport to understand the physical, mental, and social impacts of recovery. For Henry, the most rewarding part is supporting clients through their treatment path and seeing them grow toward their goals.
