Massage Therapy
Using a variety of techniques, during this session, I will work with your body in specific areas to help release any restriction, acute or chronic pain and bring your body back into functionality.Techniques include but are not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Visceral Therapy, Cupping, GuaSha, Energy/Reiki, Hypnotherapy (will discuss prior to), Visualization, etc.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
