With a professional background in physical therapy and dental hygiene, I developed a strong interest in human anatomy and functional movement, which led me to pursue training in manual osteopathy. Drawn to its holistic, whole-body approach and emphasis on anatomical relationships, I expanded my clinical practice to include comprehensive, hands-on care. I completed my Manual Osteopathic Therapy training in 2022 at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. Manual Osteopathic Therapy focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction through detailed assessment and gentle, targeted treatment techniques. This approach may help support a wide range of concerns, including digestive discomfort, abdominal or pelvic pain, post-surgical or postnatal recovery, chronic pain, headaches and migraines, neck and back pain, stress-related tension, TMJ dysfunction, postural imbalances, and developmental concerns in children. Each treatment is individualized, with the goal of restoring balance, improving mobility, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally.

Lymphatic Drainage

60 mins Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage involves light, smooth, rhythmic touch to the skin plus pumping at the lymph nodes. These techniques encourage the Lymphatic system to better do its job: gathering old cells (including pathogens, toxins and plasma proteins), guiding them out of the body and making way for newly oxygenated cells to nourish organs, muscles and extremities. Lymphatic Drainage may be helpful for many reasons: pre and post surgery, post workout soreness, recovery post sickness, spring cleaning, relaxation and especially to treat fluid retention.
