McKinley has been a practicing RMT since 2010. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics, spas and gym environments. She believes in a holistic approach to massage: not only working on the area of dysfunction, but also incorporating relaxation techniques to help soothe the nervous system. She has a keen interest in pain science, evidence-based treatment techniques and helping people return to the activities they love. She has additional training in TMJD Treatment, Craniosacral Therapy and Osteopathic Techniques. She is a natural problem solver and enjoys working with people who are interested in participating in their healing journey. She would describe her treatment style as adaptable, but generally moderate to firm and slow. In her free time she loves to play soccer, lift weights, cook, listen to podcasts and read.
