Working in manual therapies since 2003, I still find joy and purpose in receiving clients of discomfort and stress. I won't bore you with my hobbies and personal life, but get down to what you need to know about me as your therapist. A certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage specialist, I help the body get out of "fight or flight," reduce stress and pain, swelling and/or inflammation, and remove toxins from the tissues of the body and lymph nodes. My dedicated, health forward clients enjoy better sleep, improved mobility and little to no pain between sessions. In short, I help you live a cleaner, stress- and pain-free life so your body can heal itself and you are able to continue your active, healthy lifestyle. Gentle massage only; can include some stretching. If needing targeted deep work, please book an "Add-on" along with this service. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Lymphatic Drainage of One Leg or Both Legs

If you have had Knee Replacement or knee or ankle injury, or have general swelling in one leg, select th 45-min service or 75 min for both legs. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and into the bloodstream, allowing nutrient rich blood to bathe the tissues.
