While at Laurentian, Kristin was a member of the varsity women’s soccer team and has obtained her level 3 soccer coaching certificate. She is an advocate of functional strength training and often uses its’ principles in her treatment plans (when appropriate). Kristin combines a manual therapy approach with acupuncture, education and functional exercise prescription, to empower patients to become active participants in their therapy and recovery.
