###**About Shannon** I'm a massage therapist who enjoys focusing on injury rehabilitation and athletic recovery. I tend to center my treatments on specific problem areas rather than general full-body sessions, and I always aim to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I graduated from Mount Royal University in 2010 and have significant experience working with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Some of my favourite areas to treat are the TMJ and forearms. Outside of work, I try to stay active with running and strength training.
