I'm Kozue (Kacy) , the owner and principal massage therapist at Kahu Massage and Bodywork. I chose to become a massage therapist because I experienced the positive effects that massage can have on the body, mind, and spirit. I believe that healing occurs more quickly when both the body and mind are cared for, and that many illnesses are caused or worsened by untreated stress. It's incredibly rewarding to hear clients say things like, "I really enjoyed the session," "I felt much better," or "I feel relaxed and loose like a noodle after you worked out the knots."
