I have a great passion for massage therapy and absolutely love being a massage therapist. I love knowing I facilitate overall relaxation and can release tension, stress and knots in one's muscles. My husband always says to me "knock em out because you can". And yes, many people have snoozed on my table. My hands go instinctively to the areas of distress and focus on areas that need focusing on. I especially love the before and after looks I have witnessed. A face and body all tensed up on arrival and upon leaving an aha feeling oozing with evidence of relaxation. I don't have a specialty other than trying to accomodate what my client's need at the time they come in for their appointment.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage is a holistic approach focusing on areas using massage techniques. More of a customized massage to focus on one's issues such as chronic pain, stress and tension.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet and hands to influence the health of corresponding organs, glands and other parts of the body. This therapy helps with stress, anxiety, pain and fatigue. It is most beneficial to one's health.
