Kelsey is an orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist who practices using both an evidence-based and patient-centered approach. She uses a variety of techniques tailored specifically to help individuals achieve their goals. Certifications include: -Acupuncture, cupping, and dry needling -AIM (Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal) Level 3 certification of the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA -Soft tissue release -The running athlete -Pelvic health solutions level 1 and 2 If in-person appointments don’t suit your needs, and you’d like the flexibility and comfort of being in your own home, you may also consider virtual pelvic physiotherapy which is a great option for many. Virtual sessions focus on empowering you with tools, education, and self-treatment strategies. *Virtual sessions do not include an internal assessment, however, one can be arranged in-clinic if deemed necessary and with your consent
