Preeti Sandhu is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She also has a background in sport sciences. Preeti has always had a special interest for helping individuals recover and rehabilitate from musculoskeletal and sports related injuries. Throughout her schooling, she has had the opportunity to be a part of many clinical outreaches – such as working with athletes, the elderly, and individuals with both systemic and central nervous system pathologies. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal levels of health and wellness in their life through assessment and treatment tailored to their specific needs. She believes in a whole-body approach to treatment and relaxation. Preeti enjoys treating a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions using the following techniques: Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, active/passive fascial stretching and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).
