Massage
A massage in the comfort of your home, office or vacation rental. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Our customized massage is talered to your initial needs. We use light, medium or deep pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Includes hot towels!
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that encourages the natural drainage of lymph, a fluid that helps remove waste and toxins from the body. It involves light, rhythmic strokes to move lymph through the lymphatic system, which can be helpful for reducing swelling, improving circulation, and potentially boosting the immune system. A dry brush is used to help aid in moving the lymph along and dispersing it to the lymph nodes.
