Sarah has called Grand County her home since 2019 after she finished her Exercise Science degree at Slippery Rock University. After gaining many experiences working at various jobs throughout the valley, she fulfilled her dream and graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2023. Sarah blends her exercise science background into an integrated massage approach that incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and craniosacral techniques. Sarah also has a passion for energy work and aims to create a grounded and nurturing massage experience where each client is encouraged to come home to their bodies through breathwork and mindfulness during their bodywork sessions.
