Po-chien Tam is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Kinesiology from York University and a Massage Therapy Diploma from Bryan College. His clinical training includes extensive experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, sports-related injuries, tension headaches, and chronic pain. Po-chien is skilled in Deep Tissue Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and medical acupunture. With a strong interest in sports rehabilitation, He enjoys working closely with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall movement quality. His goal is not only to treat symptoms, but to help clients stay active, resilient, and performing at their best.
