Melissa’s practice is rooted in helping people reconnect with their bodies through Therapeutic Abdominal Massage and slower paced, nervous system conscious care. Her work supports clients experiencing pelvic and menstrual concerns, digestive discomfort, post surgical recovery, fertility and preconception support, and stress related tension within the body. As a Registered Massage Therapist, she has completed training in Maya Abdominal Massage through the Abdominal Therapy Collective, along with additional education in craniosacral therapy, caesarean section recovery, and pelvic visceral approaches. Melissa is particularly interested in how abdominal tension, stress, and the nervous system influence pelvic and overall health. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply attuned to the individual needs of each client. Treatments are guided by consent, open communication, and thoughtful, hands on care tailored to each person’s comfort level and goals.
