Dr. Alexandra (Ally) Sawka is a chiropractor focused on delivering personalized, patient-centered care to support optimal movement and function.She takes a personalized approach to treatment, ensuring each care plan is tailored to the unique needs, lifestyle, and goals of her patients. Her clinical approach combines diversified adjusting, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercise to support both recovery and long-term function. Dr. Ally is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Dr. Ally has a special interest in working with prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric populations and is Webster Certified. She is passionate about providing personalized care to support patients through every stage of life. Dr. Ally’s passion for health and movement began during her years as a competitive dancer, where she developed a strong interest in biomechanics and physical function. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction at the University of Calgary before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, and exploring the mountains.
