This appointment is for anyone who is not already an established patient at Lotus or any past patients who have not been seen for over 1 year. Price reflected is the Fee for Service discount which means we are not billing your insurance. Initial Intake and treatment included in price. You will be required to make two additional appointments at $95 each.
