This is a therapeutic Massage Therapy session that uses a wide variety of skilled techniques to decrease discomforts within the body, release tension in your muscles/tendons/fascia, increase joint mobility ,increase circulation ,increase relaxation to unwind, restore and rebalance your body. ** Please note that I offer a range of light to moderate pressure (not deep) during treatments and can modify to suit your needs. **PLEASE NOTE: session includes any necessary assessments and home care suggestions.
