My journey through injury recovery, and the immense benefits I experienced working with a massage therapist, inspired me to leave a successful career in Mental Health to become an RMT. I find profound gratification in supporting people from diverse backgrounds to prevent and recover from injuries, manage pain, and take an active role in their own health. I love solving problems together, continually learning and applying new skills, and seeing clients experience meaningful, lasting progress. My approach to care begins with respecting each client’s individuality. I listen closely to their goals and concerns, pay careful attention to the body’s feedback, and tailor treatment accordingly. I endeavour to support my clients with realistic, relevant strategies that promote long‑term health, resilience, and performance. When I’m not supporting clients, I enjoy cycling in all forms, snowboarding, hiking, gardening with my beautiful partner, and spending time with my wonderful daughters.
