Adrian Ho

Movement Room Performance and Rehab Inc.

5334 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5P 3V7

Adrian graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Growing up playing a variety of sports gave Adrian a deep appreciation for movement and the body's ability to adapt and recover, and that appreciation grew into a background in strength training and leading exercise classes. Adrian's experience ranges from musculoskeletal rehab to neurological conditions, and Adrian takes pride in tailoring every program to the person in front of them, not a one-size-fits-all plan. What keeps Adrian passionate about this work is simple: watching clients get stronger, move with more confidence, and reclaim parts of their life that pain or injury had taken away. Outside of the clinic, Adrian enjoys running, playing basketball, and trying new foods.
