Kristen McKellar, RMT was born and raised in the Okanagan. She graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2014, where she was awarded the Leadership award, as well as the Practical Massage Technique award. Working without oil, she uses techniques such as; alignment of the skeletal system, myofascial release, scar tissue release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, injury prevention, rehabilitation, visceral manipulation and postural therapy. She works directly with clients to help regain optimal core function through pilates-style homecare techniques. Her approach is result-focused and tailored to the needs of each individual. When not assisting clients with their goals, Kristen may be found outdoors and staying active through cycling, climbing, hiking, skiing and enjoying nature in the Okanagan.
