Alicia Jung, Physiotherapist Alicia is a registered physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move through life with greater confidence, strength, and ease. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, individualized exercise, and education to help patients better understand their bodies and feel supported throughout their recovery. Alicia has a special interest in clinical Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation, using Pilates principles to improve strength, mobility, control, and body awareness. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, returning to activity, or working toward a personal fitness goal, Alicia takes a thoughtful and encouraging approach to care. She believes in creating treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and empowering, helping each patient build the tools they need to move better and feel better in their daily life. Outside of the clinic, Alicia enjoys discovering new cafés, staying active through the gym and Pilates, and planning her next travel adventure. Alicia speaks fluent English and conversational Cantonese. Physiotherapy - Initial Assessment

An Initial Assessment is required for all new physiotherapy patients. During this visit, your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment of your condition and provide treatment to support recovery. Please wear appropriate, loose-fitting clothing to allow your practitioner to properly assess the affected area.
