"As someone who has experienced chronic back spasms and injury pains, I find it extremely rewarding to help clients find some relief, and help people feel better." Jasmine is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in both North Carolina and South Carolina. After ten years in the customer service and customer relations field, Jasmine took a leap of faith to pursue a long, overlooked interest in massage and bodywork therapy. This small peak of interest has since become her beloved craft. She is passionate about massage and the healing effects that can be obtained through postural assessment, bodywork techniques, and body education and awareness. Jasmine has expert knowledge and experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue and NMT, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage and Hot Stone Massage. Through continuing education, she will be expanding her craft in various modalities. She effectively integrates a complimentary variety of modalities into her massage such as NMT, Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish and Lymphatic Drainage massage techniques to assist her clients in facilitating their own healing and growth.
Massage
$20 add on to the massage modality of your choice. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system governs the immune system and water drainage. Lymphatic massage (aka manual lymphatic drainage) is a gentle, full body technique that promotes lymphatic fluid circulation and can benefit many conditions, including fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, lymphedema, bloating, drug and alcohol detox, sinus congestion, or for a general, seasonal body reset. Contraindicated for acute inflammation from illness, thrombosis, malignant tumors, blood clots, major heart problems.
