My journey started with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, coupled with over a decade of experience in Athletic Training. Initially, I aimed to pursue a career as an Athletic Trainer and relocate to the DFW area. However, just before my move, I was involved in a car accident. A friend suggested a massage to alleviate my pain and injuries. Upon arriving in Dallas, I scheduled a massage at ATI, which happened to be associated with a massage school. Impressed with the results, I spoke to one of the Instructors who encouraged me to become a massage therapist myself. I enrolled, and within six months, I obtained my license as a Massage Therapist. In 2016, I began teaching at the Cortiva Institute and continued for four years. Now, with 11 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, my expertise lies in medical massage, clinical massage, myoskeletal alignment, and various Swedish therapeutic techniques. At Body Mechanixs & Well-being, my goal is to offer healing that goes beyond the surface. Remember, "When your body talks - Healing hands listen!"

Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet (and possibly on your hands or ears as well) to help you feel better. The theory is that this eases stress, and that helps your body work better.
