This approach to bodywork is anatomy specific for chronic pain. Session begins with anatomy specific work, followed by full body massage. This is not a full body deep tissue massage, deeper pressure will only occasionally be applied.

Ear Seeding is a non-invasive form of acupuncture using 24k Gold Ear Seeds placed on specific pressure points of the ear to aid in treatment of a wide variety of symptoms. Tiny and chic 24k gold plated magnets are gently placed along pressure points on the outer ear, all corresponding with different parts of the body. Gently pressing on these points stimulates different parts of the brain, triggering relief from a multitude of ailments such as anxiety, insomnia, stress, headaches and acute pain.
