Kate completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from York University. Her strong academic foundation, combined with diverse clinical placements, has helped her develop a well-rounded, adaptable, and patient-focused approach to care. Kate is committed to helping clients reach their goals—whether that means returning to sport, staying active at work, or simply moving comfortably in daily life. She has a particular passion for pelvic health and orthopaedic care. Kate has completed pelvic floor therapy courses and continues to pursue advanced training to further expand her skills and better support clients in these specialized areas.
