I began my journey in the massage and wellness field after coming to Canada in 2019, where I quickly discovered a deep passion for helping others relax, restore, and heal. With experience in professional spa and salon settings, I focus on providing thoughtful, personalized massage experiences tailored to each client’s individual needs. I believe massage is not only about technique, but also about listening, understanding, and creating a safe, calm, and welcoming environment. My approach combines attentive care and professional skill to help release tension, manage discomfort, and support overall well-being. My goal is for every client to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for.
Massage
Massage and cupping therapy are combined to help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery from pain and stiffness. During your session, your therapist will use a combination of hands-on massage techniques and silicone or vacuum cups, depending on your needs. Cupping creates gentle suction that lifts the soft tissues, helping to release tight fascia, improve blood flow, and increase mobility. This treatment may be beneficial for: * Muscle tightness and stiffness * Neck, shoulder, and back tension * Sports recovery * Limited range of motion * General aches and pains * Stress and relaxation Your therapist will customize the treatment based on your goals and comfort level. Cupping may leave temporary circular marks on the skin, which are painless and typically fade within a few days to two weeks. Please note: This is a bodywork session and is not performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). The treatment is intended for wellness and muscle care and is not eligible for extended health insurance reimbursement.
Reflexology
60-Minute Head & Scalp Reflexology or Facial (Buccal & TMJ) Massage (Non-RMT Service) This 60-minute session is a deeply relaxing, therapeutic treatment focused on relieving tension in the head, face, and jaw. You may choose between: • Head & Scalp Reflexology A calming treatment that stimulates pressure points on the scalp to help reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation. • Facial Massage (Buccal & TMJ Focus) A specialized facial treatment that works both externally and internally (buccal technique) to release tension in the jaw (TMJ), cheeks, and facial muscles. This can help with jaw tightness, clenching, headaches, and facial tension while also improving circulation and natural lifting. Important: This service is performed by a trained practitioner but is not provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). As such, it is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
