I've been practicing massage for 10 years at a chiropractic and physical therapy facility, and I am now branching out on my own so I may devote my energy and expertise to my massage clients. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. I am board certified massage therapist that specializes in deep tissue therapeutic massage. I have also practiced the art of cupping, and am certified in kinesiology taping.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
