FOR HEALTH'S SAKE
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I have seen and understood how beneficial treatment can be. Body-work can make such a difference in how people can feel and how their body can move. I believe your body is capable of extraordinary things, but sometimes it needs a little help to get there. After obtaining both an undergraduate degree with honors in Kinesiology and an advanced degree in a chiropractic graduate program, I consider myself a student for life. Over the years I have continued to advance my education while paying attention to research that has shown the clinical effectiveness of various modalities for treating pain and dysfunction. My goal is to facilitate each patients’ return to optimal function as quickly and effectively as possible. My continued education and advanced certifications are something I pride myself in. I incorporate various manual therapies and techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, acupuncture, myofascial-decompression cupping, Fascial Stretch Techniques, exercise prescription and other electro modalities. I take pride in having many tools in my tool box -my additional training in various modalities outside of adjusting allows me to individualize treatments, whether you need an adjustment or everything but an adjustment. I aim to provide the best possible treatment for each patient.

*MUST BOOK VIRTUAL CHIROPRACTIC ASSESSMENT BEFORE BOOKING THIS TREATMENT* This treatment combines muscle manipulation with EMS technology to optimize tissue function in the face and neck. The targeted relaxation and restoration methods help stimulate circulation and facilitate lymphatic drainage, while also improving muscle tone and dermal contraction. - Muscle and tissue release (targeting areas of concern for TMJ dysfunction and hyperactive facial muscles related to headache symptoms) - Stimulating muscle contraction to lift and tone (tone and contour) - Reducing puffiness and inflammation (eliminating local excess fluid) - Targeting scar tissue and adhesions (decreasing the appearance of fine lines) Benefits: - Improves muscle tone and dermal contraction of the head and neck - Both toning and relaxing effect on the muscles - Functional relaxation and restoration - Increases the supply of blood and nutrition to the muscles and various tissues - Can target TMJ muscle disfunction and muscle tension causing headaches - Increases local circulation (improving lymph circulation) - Reduces inflammation and puffiness (eliminates excess local fluid) - Target scar tissue and fascial adhesions (decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles) - Decreases tension in hyperactive “stressed” muscles
