This is a place for all the hard-working women out there, You give so much of yourself and ask for so little in return. Self-care is often low on your list of priorities. I provide a safe, soothing space for you to relax and get away from it all. Whether youve got neck and shoulder pain from sitting in front of a computer for long hours or low back pain from picking up one too many kids/grandkids, I can help ease those sore, tired or overused muscles. I have worked as a massage therapist for eight years. Some of my specialties include Swedish, deep tissue and cupping: My heart is to help those who tirelessly give to others.
