Maggie graduated from UBC with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Growing up, she has participated in various sports with a particular focus on ballet and swimming. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients, helping them achieve and sustain active and healthy lifestyles. Maggie also has experience working closely with special needs children as a Behavioral Interventionist during her undergraduate years. In the recent years, she also diverted her interest in Pilates; she has completed training with STOTT Pilates and is enthusiastic about helping clients develop core stabilization and peripheral control. In her spare time, Maggie finds delight in exploring various restaurants around the city with her friends and family. Additionally, she takes pleasure in experimenting with various cuisines and creating hearty dishes at home. Maggie speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
