I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since May of 2011. I worked in the Chiropractic field for the past 25 years, so holistic health care is my passion. I have extensive education on the skeletal and muscular parts of the body and will be getting certified on diet and nutrition later this year. I am also a licensed radiographer with the state of Nebraska. I attended school at the Universal College of Healing Arts studying Massage Therapy. My specialties are Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Bamboo Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot and Cold Therapy, and Chinese Cupping. These modalities offer relief from everyday stress and fatigue on the body, muscular pain, joint pain, headaches, back pain, Sciatica, and much more. My practice is located in Fremont Ne. I moved my practice in December of 2018 to 1835 E Military Ave, Suite 117. I also work with several Chiropractic physicians in Fremont making sure that my clients get the best in holistic health care. My hobbies at home include flower gardening, decorating, and spending time with my husband and two Yorkies, Lisa and Abbie. I have two grown children, three grandsons, a granddaughter and one the way! I love living life and I love holistic health care! I am a clean eater which means no processed food of any kind and I do Yoga every morning before starting my practice. I promote good eating and stretching to all my clients.
