Hi, I’m Vanessa! I received my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa. My passion for physiotherapy began as a young soccer player, inspired by my mother—an incredible physiotherapist who helped my teammates and I recover from injuries and reach our full potential. I later had the opportunity to play Varsity Soccer for Concordia University’s women’s team during my undergraduate studies, which deepened my appreciation for movement, performance, and rehabilitation. Outside of work, I enjoy running, playing tennis, painting, and spending time outdoors. I understand how physical injuries can impact all aspects of life, and I’m passionate about helping people recover, stay active, and return to the activities they love most. My treatment approach emphasizes understanding each individual, their motivations, and their goals to develop a personalized treatment plan that maximizes recovery and long-term outcomes. I am fluent in both French and English and am happy to serve you in the language of your choice. I look forward to working with you!

Initial Assessment & Treatment 1 Injury

If this is the first time seeing our physiotherapist for this specific injury, we must conduct a full thorough assessment. This will allow time for the Physiotherapist to assess and explain your diagnosis and plan, as well as provide a treatment. All of our assessments and treatments are carried out in private rooms to ensure your comfort.
