Hi, my name is Daniel and I'm a Licensed Massage therapist currently residing in Jacksonville NC. I've struggled previously in my life with chronic pain which lead me to pursue a career helping people with pain managment. Going through my own personal struggles trying to find treatments for myself, gave me a massive desire to help people trying to find a holistic approach. I attended Coastal Carolina Community College to obtain my massage education and become a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist. I currently specialize in Swedish, Therapeutic & Deep Tissue massage techniques. I take pride in listening to my clients needs and goals for each session. Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Great for anxiety, depression and sleep disorders.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that encourages the natural drainage of lymph, a fluid that helps remove waste and toxins from the body. It involves light, rhythmic strokes to move lymph through the lymphatic system, which can be helpful for reducing swelling, improving circulation, and potentially boosting the immune system. A dry brush is used to help aid in moving the lymph along and dispersing it to the lymph nodes.
