Lainie graduated with high honours from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. While at school she greatly enjoyed a variety of clinical experiences including athletic events and marathons as well as longterm chronic care and at risk youth facilities. She delighted in connecting with a diverse clientele of all ages and helping them with their widely differing needs and goals. Lainie has a profound appreciation for the importance of practicing self care and managing work life stresses from her background in the fast paced deadline driven field of advertising. As an avid cyclist, distance runner, and outdoor enthusiast, she also has insight into the musculoskeletal challenges that accompany the love of an active lifestyle. Lainie explores the sources of pain and tension with curiosity and compassion.
