Dr. Sarah Bourdon (she/her) is a chiropractor who earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON. Sarah uses a variety of active and passive, research-informed approaches tailored to each patient’s individual needs, including a range of treatment techniques, exercise prescription, and education on conditions and treatment options. Sarah has a special interest in women’s health, supporting patients through key life transitions—including pre- and post-pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause—helping them understand how these changes can influence musculoskeletal function, pain, and performance. She has pursued additional training in perinatal and pediatric populations, as well as continuing education in kinesiotaping and instrument assisted soft tissue massage.

Initial Assessment - Chiropractic

For patients new to Chiropractic treatment at Maven. Your Doctor of Chiropractic will review your medical information and current symptoms with you, followed by a detailed assessment of how you move to determine anything contributing to your current complaints. Treatment can include various forms of hands-on care, exercises, and recommendations to help you maintain improvements for as long as possible.
