Pelvic floor physiotherapy assessments typically start with a conversation regarding your symptoms and medical history. Your therapist will offer education points and suggestions throughout that may help reduce said symptoms. With your consent, your therapist will then assess your pelvic floor as well as any other areas of the body that could be contributing to your condition. This will allow your therapist to guide you with specific exercises that will help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
