I found my passion for massage therapy while working as an administrator at a multidisciplinary clinic in the Fraser Valley. I realized the benefits of manual and active therapy and wanted to learn how I could help individuals get back to their best selves. With that passion, I started my education at CDI College in South Surrey and graduated in 2019 with honours. I believe that patient education and self-care are important parts of massage therapy. My treatment approach is patient focused and your health is my number one priority. I believe that your health is in your hands and I’m just there to guide you. I use a variety of techniques including trigger point release, active release, passive stretching, Swedish, MET, PNF. I can accommodate different levels of pressure, but naturally my pressure is on the firm side. I enjoy working with all age groups and have experience in treating a number of conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, pregnancy, TMJ, abdominal, and chronic pain. You can expect passive-assisted, and active therapy, along with homecare from my appointments, as indicated. In my spare time I enjoy exploring BC with son and my dogs. I enjoy kickboxing, a good local brewery, and patiently waiting for the Canucks to win the Stanley Cup. (I am a very patient woman).
