Massage Therapy
Medical Massage is a results-driven therapeutic treatment designed to address pain, injury, and movement dysfunction. Unlike relaxation-focused massage, this modality is guided by clinical assessment and targeted techniques that support recovery, restore function, and complement medical care. Sessions may incorporate deep tissue work, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and stretching, depending on your specific condition. Treatment is focused, intentional, and customized—whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from surgery or injury, addressing postural strain, or supporting an active lifestyle. This therapy is often recommended for conditions such as: •Chronic neck, back, or shoulder pain •Sciatica and nerve-related discomfort •Headaches and TMJ dysfunction •Repetitive strain injuries •Post-injury or post-surgical recovery •Restricted range of motion and muscular imbalance What to Expect •A brief intake and clinical conversation to understand your symptoms and goals •Assessment of posture, movement, and areas of restriction •Targeted therapeutic work focused on problem areas •Pressure that is purposeful and effective—not rushed or generic •Clear aftercare guidance to support lasting results The experience: clinical in intention, calming in environment. You’ll leave feeling supported, informed, and moving with greater ease. Medical Massage bridges the gap between healthcare and hands-on healing—where expertise meets the power of touch.
Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system helps deliver cellular waste (including viruses and bacteria) to the lymph nodes. Drainage is essential because the lymphatic system lacks and must rely on movement and massage to flush the fluid. Lymphatic massage is good at reducing swelling, healing acne, relieving fatigue, and helps the body detox. Remember to drink lots of water post-treatment.
