My name is Sarah. I graduated the Massage Therapy Program at James Rumsey Technical Institute in Martinsburg, WV in 2015. I am a credentialed Medical Massage Practitioner and an Associate of Applied Science. I am certified in Active-Assisted Stretching, TheragunPro percussive therapy and 200-hour yoga.I practice a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Manual Therapy, Myofascial, and Muscle Energy Techniques. I am Reiki level 1 certified. I believe that most physical ailments are manifestations of emotional and energetic disruptions. I encourage a holistic and functional approach to health and wellness and enjoy providing every client with tools and resources to use along their own path to optimal wellbeing.
A massage at Parasimple will be customized to the needs of the client as determined during the intake process, using possible combined techniques from the following modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, muscle energy, percussive therapy and active assisted stretching.
