Regina offers 21 years of massage experience with a unique combination of healing modalities, including Trigger Point Therapy, Massage Cupping, Guasha (scraping technique), Myofascial Release, and Infrared Light. Full body CranioSacral Therapy (CST), and Intra-oral CST, are also available to provide relief from chronic TMJ pain, neck pain, headaches, physical and emotional trauma stored in the throat, jaw, and related attachments into the cranium and body. Sound healing via Acutonics tuning forks may be applied to release blockages and restore balance in the body’s energetic meridians and surrounding field. Utilizing a combination of the above therapies helps support the body’s innate healing capacity, improve joint mobility, increase immunity, and release chronic pain and stress which support better sleep and recovery. Usui Reiki is offered as energetic healing option for managing pain and reducing stress in patients who are not comfortable with massage therapy. She enjoys applying her healing skills to animals of all sizes and breeds, being with her family, playing music, thriving in Nature, and good comedy.
