Brittany welcomes you into a supportive treatment space. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2019 and spent her first five years of practice in the Comox Valley. Her work has since taken her throughout British Columbia, including time in the Kootenays, where she practiced in both remote ski lodges and clinical settings. After embracing the mountain lifestyle through skiing and hiking, Brittany has returned to Vancouver Island, reconnecting with the place she considers home. Prior to her career in massage therapy, Brittany spent a decade tree planting across British Columbia, an experience that shaped her strong connection to movement, resilience, and physical well-being. Brittany’s treatment approach focuses on supporting nervous system regulation and restoring balance within the body. She integrates a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, broad pressure, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and active/passive stretching. She often incorporates breathwork and movement-based strategies to enhance treatment outcomes. In addition, Brittany has training in reiki, craniosacral therapy, and other energy-based modalities. Her clinical experience includes athletic rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, and care for both geriatric and pediatric populations. She also supports clients navigating stress, depression, and other mental health concerns. Brittany is committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment where clients can fully relax and feel supported in their care.
I recommend a 60 minute session for first appointments and most follow up sessions. This gives us enough time to go over your goals and relevant health history and still have enough hands on time to get some meaningful work done.
